G&H Orthodontics, Franklin, Ind, unveiled their new Football Helmet DesignerTies® elastomeric ligature ties. As a new football season kicks off, the ties provide patients with a way to make a fashion statement with their braces.
According to the company, DesignerTies are similar in function to traditional elastomeric ligature ties, as they have a similar interaction with the bracket and archwire. They are designed to not interfere with traditional mechanics and add little to no friction.
DesignerTies are sold 200 ties per pack, with 20 sticks with 10 individual ties.
