3Shape, Copenhagen, Denmark, announced that its 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner is now digitally integrated with Spain’s Alineadent Clear Aligners.
The integration allows orthodontists to cloud-send their 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scans to Alineadent for planning and delivery of its clear aligners. Orthodontists choose Alineadent clear aligners from their 3Shape Communicate app and click “send.” 3Shape TRIOS digital impressions are then sent instantly to Alineadent.
Alineadent joins the more than 45 plus orthodontic solutions and sleep device providers and 350 plus bracket libraries already integrated with the 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner.
Alineadent is part of the Ortoplus Dental Group based in Malaga, Spain.
