Practicon has expanded its Cool Cassette 2 line of sterilization trays. The trays are available in five sizes and five colors.
The Cool Cassette 2 sterilization trays include a seven instrument version that is intended for doctor’s examination kits, periodontal hygiene sets, or endodontic instrument kits.
The solid silicone trays hold instruments up to 7-3/8″ long and are fully sterilizable to 375° F.
Cool Cassette 2 trays contain no metal, have no sharp edges, dissipate heat quickly, and cost 50% less than metal cassettes, according to the company.
