The 3D printed reusable plastic frame from Bayshore Dental Studio is contoured to the user’s face to provide a better seal for surgical or similar face masks.

Bayshore Dental Studio offers a face mask fitter—a personalized 3D printed reusable plastic frame that is contoured to the specific shape of the user’s face to improve the peripheral seal of surgical or similar face masks.

Customers use the Bellus3D Dental Pro 3D Face App to scan their face. This is then sent directly to Bayshore Dental Studio for 3D printing to generate the custom mask fitter.

For every mask fitter sold, Bayshore will contribute to Dental Lifeline Network, an organization that provides dental care services to patients with disabilities, the elderly, medically fragile, and veterans who cannot afford dental care.

Based in Tampa, Fla, Bayshore Dental Studio is a dental laboratory specializing in dental implants, partials, restorative and cosmetic dental restorations.
