AOA Lab, Sturtevant, Wis, has added a new case tracking feature to AOA Access. All cases submitted to AOA can now be tracked via the company’s website.
To use, an office logs into their account and will then have access to any open, closed, or shipped case. The customer can see case status, including which shipping method was used—next day, second day, or ground.
