Many practices are surprised to find office profiles exist on sites like Yelp, Google+ Local, and Healthgrades, even though they’ve never set them up. “Even more surprising, patients have already [visited these sites] and provided reviews of their experiences at the practice,” the company adds.
The webinar is designed to help practices learn how to ensure they are represented accurately and appropriately online. Discussion topics will include how to use pertinent sites to your practice’s advantage and how to build your online reputation.
