Ormco Corp, Orange, Calif, announced that registration is now open for The Forum 2017. Now in its 16th year, the annual orthodontic conference will take place February 22 to 25, 2017 at the combined properties of JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla. The conference will feature clinical presentations, interactive discussions, round table lunches, clinical mentoring sessions, practice management sessions, networking opportunities, and more.

Practices can register for The Forum by visiting forum.ormco.com.

“Each year, we look forward to making The Forum not only informative and educational, but also engaging, social, and fun for participants,” said Patrik Eriksson, president of Ormco. “Whether you’re an orthodontist, office manager, treatment coordinator, or part of the clinical staff, The Forum is designed to integrate the latest in cutting-edge research and technologies with interactive workshops and lectures. As with this past year’s Forum, we’re thrilled to once again integrate a ‘Face2Face’ experience, where participants will experience sessions designed to foster relationships while discussing industry advancements and techniques.”

The 4-day conference will offer attendees the opportunity to participate in numerous workshops addressing beginner to advanced content focusing on new techniques, tools, and technologies covering all aspects of the orthodontic practice. Over 40 speakers are scheduled to present at The Forum including Drs Dwight Damon, Chris Chang, Stuart Frost, and Frank Bogdan. They will share their techniques, from new treatment modalities to the latest technologies and practice differentiation strategies.

Participants who are new to passive self-litigation are encouraged to attend the optional Pre-Forum Damon Essentials Seminar on February 22, 2017 with Dr Alan Bagden, where they will have the opportunity to learn about the Damon philosophy and gain knowledge on how to employ simplified passive self-ligating treatment mechanics. The seminar will provide complete case presentations of early treatment, Class II, Class III, adult cases, and more.

In conjunction with The Forum, Ormco will host a Dinner & Dance charity event benefiting Smile For a Lifetime, a national charity providing quality orthodontic treatment for underserved individuals who may not have the financial assistance to achieve a beautiful, straight smile.
