Throughout the remainder of 2013, DentalEZ Group, Malvern, Pa, will sponsor a number of seminars, taking place throughout the United States, on the topic of oral cancer. Each seminar will be hosted by Henry Schein Inc.
The seminars will feature industry experts Dennis Abbot, DDS, and John Tucker, DMD, and will include discussions on what’s needed to incorporate oral cancer screening into a practice. The seminars will cover the changing target population for oral cancer, how to conduct a thorough examination and accurately record findings, new detection tools that are available, and patient discussions regarding results and referral procedures.
Participants will receive four CE credits for attending the half-day conferences. The seminars will be held in Denver; Seattle; Tulsa, Okla; Louisville, Ky; Boston; Pleasanton, Calif; Raleigh, NC; and Sandy, Utah.
