i-CAT and Henry Schein Dental will hold the 8th International Congress on 3D Dental Imaging on November 7 to 8, 2014, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The event will provide insight into using and integrating the dental cone beam modality.

In accordance with this year’s theme—“Accelerate Your Practice: 3D-driven Success”—lectures and demos of 3D imaging applications in orthodontics, implants, oral and maxillofacial surgery, TMJ and airway diagnosis, and periodontics will be featured. Topic highlights will include using 3D imaging to avoid dental implant complications, reducing implant surgery stress by utilizing 3D imaging, and learning how to navigate dental insurance.

Attendees will be privy to networking opportunities with industry speakers and get an up-close look at state-of-the-art products and services. In addition, on November 6, a user’s meeting is scheduled to educate attendees on how to optimize the i-CAT system’s performance and how to choose the best type of scan and effectively position each patient.

Attendees can receive 11 CEUs.
