Ormco Corporation, Orange, Calif, has filed an appeal to the Federal Court against Ortho Classic related to patent infringement.
As previously announced, Ormco filed a motion with the Oregon District Court requesting the District Court to enjoin sales of the H4 Bracket produced by Ortho Classic, part of World Class Technology Corp. The District Court denied Ormco’s motion. According to a release, Ormco respectfully disagrees with the District Court’s position and has appealed the District Court’s decision to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ormco says it is confident that its position will be vindicated by the Appeals Court.
