Adam White, DMD, owner of Atlanta-based Family Orthodontics, died September 28. According to a post on the practice’s website, White “passed away in a tragic accident.” 

Family Orthodontics has 27 locations in the Atlanta area. 

The Spokane, Wash, native earned his bachelor of science from Pacific Lutheran University of Tacoma, Wash, in 1994. He earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 2004 and his Certificate in Orthodontics in 2006 from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. He was a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He was a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. 

The practice is inviting friends and patients to share memories and condolences on its Facebook and Instagram accounts. 

White is survived by his wife Debi, and daughters Summer, Victoria, and Sarah Grace.
