ClearCaps, Berlin, one of Europe’s top clear aligner brands, announced that it has added a fleet of Structo 3D printers to its manufacturing facilities. The company will be using Structo’s Mask Stereolithography (MSLA) 3D printers.

Structo’s latest dental 3D printer, the DentaForm, features a large build platform and is capable of printing up to 10 clear aligner molds in 30 minutes. ClearCaps says it is now printing around 250 models every 24 hour cycle. The company says this volume capability will allow it to expand its market reach.

Structo is a Singapore-based dental 3D printing company.
