Black Talon Security, Katonah, NY, a cybersecurity solutions provider for the dental market, has entered into an agreement to provide advanced cybersecurity solutions to EasyRx. The partnership is aimed at protecting critical infrastructure and patient records from cyberattacks.
EasyRx is a lab prescription, digital workflow, and 3D software platform for dental and dental specialty practices and labs.
The partnership comes as businesses and practices are being targeted by cyber criminals in order to exploit electronic protected health information (ePHI) for the use of identity theft, ransom and blackmail.
