Aspen Dental Management Inc, Chicago, the largest branded DSO (dental support organization) in the United States, announced that David Galler, DMD, has joined its clinical support team, serving as senior vice president, orthodontic services. He will be responsible for rolling out Invisalign® to Aspen Dental’s 700 offices across the country.
Galler is an Invisalign faculty member and in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in North America. He has trained more than 3,000 doctors on his Galler Spacing Technique (GST).
Last month, Aspen Dental announced an agreement with Align Technology Inc to equip all Aspen Dental locations with an iTero Element® intraoral scanner. Galler will lead trainings for Aspen Dental doctors across the country with the goal of enabling an end-to-end digital workflow in all Aspen Dental locations by August 2019.
Prior to joining Aspen Dental Management, Galler practiced dentistry and administered clear aligner therapy at Premier Dental Associates in New York City. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania College of Dentistry, he completed his general practice residency and cosmetic practice residency at Brooklyn Veteran’s Administration Hospital. He currently serves as president of the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
