Cloud 9 Software, Kennesaw, Ga, has entered into a strategic partnership with Podium, a Lehi, Utah-based customer communication platform for local businesses, that aims to give orthodontic practices the ability to integrate their practice management data with Podium’s messaging and online review products.

Through automating online review invitations, patients who have recently completed a transaction are sent an invitation to review the practice via text within minutes, when reviews are most accurate and likely to be acted on, according to a press release from Podium. This integration is designed to save orthodontists time as well as increase the number and quality of their online reviews of their practice on Google, Facebook, Healthgrades, and other key sites customers use when deciding where to find their orthodontist.
