The Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP) has launched a new website, dentalinfectioncontrol.org, focused on dental education and certification for infection control.
The website, a collaboration between OSAP, the Dental Assisting National Board, and the DALE Foundation, provides specific steps on how to enhance the infection-control knowledge among team members.
The three organizations are also collaborating on a comprehensive initiative for infection-control education and certification to establish a standardized educational program, two professional certification programs, and online continuing education.
