Scott Hansen, CEO of web chat provider OrthoChats, will discuss methods for growing a practice and how to effectively hire and retain the right employees during the annual Southern Association of Orthodontics (SAO) meeting in New Orleans, La, on October 4, 2018.
Combining two lectures, “Crush Your Numbers” and “I Need Help,” Hansen will be speaking from 12 to 2 p.m. Those in attendance will receive a workbook and actionable plan for use during the 2019 business year.
“While serving my family’s orthodontic practice as Practice Director, I pinpointed reliable ways to both exceed numbers and assemble a winning team, and as a result we grew more than 300%,” said Hansen. “We’ve refined and put these practices to use at OrthoChats and have grown to more than 110 employees and served more than 1,200 clients in only 2 years as a result. During my session, we’ll look at these practices together and develop a plan for getting your practice on the road to consistent growth.”
