The American Dental Association (ADA) and FDI World Dental Federation  announced that they have joined together to host the ADA FDI World Dental Congress in San Francisco, September 4 to 8, 2019. The meeting will be held with support from the California Dental Association and San Francisco Dental Society.

“The ADA FDI World Dental Congress 2019 is an exciting opportunity for attendees to interact with colleagues from around the world,” said Jeffrey M. Cole, DDS, president of the ADA. “I’m looking forward to showcasing America’s Dental Meeting to an international audience and working with FDI to help shape the future of dentistry on a global scale.”

Basic registration for the ADA FDI World Dental Congress is free for ADA members and all North American attendees. According to a press release from the ADA, additional efforts are planned to enhance the attendee experience, including simple a la carte pricing for CE and events, digital ticketing, and the availability of an optional VIP upgrade.

Registration is available at ada.org/meeting. CE courses and event tickets are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
