IndiGreen Innovations , Greenville, NC, now distributes Tack-Ease™ disposable tacking tips. Tack-Ease converts a curing light into a 1.5-mm diameter tacking light that can be used for tacking veneers and indirect inlays or onlays. Tack-Ease’s semi-flexible design allows for the application of gentle, controlled pressure to ensure proper seating. According to the company, Tack-Ease also prevents marginal excess luting cement from curing and prevents composite build-up on curing tips. Tack-Ease is available in four sizes to fit on most tips and lenses.
