Adstra Systems, Toronto, introduces its Charting™ M4 software, a complete charting system that allows dentists to create examinations, treatment, and treatment plan charts for general, restorative, endodontic, and periodontal dentistry. 

Charting M4 provides formatting tools for freehand text fields, which include custom exam and tooth notes screens; editing tools such as cut, copy, and paste; formatting tools such as bold, italic, and color; and spell check, which uses medical dictionaries in English, French, and Spanish.
