Dr. Alpern, D.D.S, M.S., is an adjunct professor of Orthodontics at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry; Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics; Fellow of the American and International Colleges of Dentists; and Member of the Angle Society. He is the author of The Ortho-Evolution - The Science and Principles Behind Fixed/Functional/Splint Orthodontics. He co-authored the orthodontics and TMJ chapter of Operative Arthroscopy. Dr. Alpern lectures internationally, maintains a private practice in Port Charlotte, Florida, and serves as a consultant to GAC International, Inc.
