tab32, Irvine, Calif, has released HelloPatient, its new real-time patient communication and management system.
Included within tab32’s cloud-based Dental EHR platform, HelloPatient is a customer relationship management (CRM) software. Within the system, front-office staff or a patient can initiate a real-time two-way text communication. In addition, the “Click & Confirm” smart appointment feature allows patients to click the link in a text message to confirm an appointment.
According to the company, HelloPatient provides phone, text, and email communication channels for various features, including confirmations, reminders, save the date, recall, surveys, publishing reviews, and book appointment online.
