Jay Bowman, DMD, MSD, will lead a free webinar about the innovative instruments orthodontists can use to alter clear aligner trays and more effectively individualize treatment for each patient. The webinar, offered by Hu-Friedy and titled “Clear Advantages and Innovations for Clear Aligners,” will be held February 17, 2016, at 8 PM EST.

Bowman will talk about how specially designed instruments assist in the application of adjunctive forces to broaden the variety of malocclusions that can benefit from clear aligners. By using these instruments to enhance and accentuate biomechanics, practitioners can improve the effectiveness and predictability of clear aligner trays while also reducing their limitations and occasional frustrations. Bowman will discuss how these specialty instruments save time, enable more treatment customization, and allow for chair side modifications of clear aligner trays in real time. He will also introduce each of these instruments, describe their use, and discuss potential applications.

The webinar will offer 1 CE credit.
