Whip Mix Partners with PTC to Distribute 3Shape Training App

Whip Mix Corp, Louisville, Ky, has partnered with PTC, a Needham, Mass-based technology company, to sell the PTC 3Shape Training App. The app is designed to increase 3Shape users’ expertise and productivity of 3Shape. The training can be undertaken at the user’s own pace and at any time on an iPad.

The app aims to create a standardized educational process for the lab.

The app features a step-by-step “Introduction to 3Shape” program, including illustrations and professionally narrated videos. The program will teach users everything from logging a case and screening procedures to step-by-step image manipulation. The app then progresses to additional 3Shape training courses, including a 3Shape posterior crowns course.
