Higgs Medical Products Inc, Chester, NJ, recently announced its acquisition of the Infa-lab Inc brand of consumer dental and oral care products from J.W. Maris & Co.
The relationship between the Higgs family and the Rose family (owners of J.W. Maris & Co) goes back more than three generations, and the acquisition is expected to help Infa-lab grow and expand into the future
Under the auspices of Higgs Medical Products, Infa-Lab will continue to offer its products under its own brand name. The company will also continue to operate from its Rockaway, NJ, manufacturing and distribution facility.
