The American Dental Association (ADA) Institute for Diversity in Leadership, Chicago, is accepting applications for its 2015-2016 program through April 30, 2015. The Institute, now in its 12th year, will accept 16 participants for the program, which includes quarterly online class modules, plus three in-person leadership training sessions conducted by faculty from Northwestern University and Kellogg School of Management and held at the ADA headquarters in Chicago.

Established in 2003, the Institute fosters personal leadership skills for dentists who come from diverse backgrounds and communities that have been traditionally underrepresented in the profession’s leadership roles. More than 100 dentists have graduated from the Institute and maintain a connection to the program. The program has received support from Henry Schein and Procter & Gamble.
