Carestream Dental, Atlanta, has revamped its Orthodontic Summit—previously known as the Orthodontic Users Conference—an event designed to help doctors and staff improve their practices.
The Summit will take place from March 13 to 14 at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Atlanta. New for 2015, doctors’ admissions are complimentary; other changes include the even opening to all orthodontic professionals, not only users of Carestream Dental’s practice management and imaging software
The speaker lineup will be comprised of industry experts, and topics will include marketing, digital impression, and model training; fraud education; and front office management and design enhancement instruction. These educational sessions provide attendees with the potential to earn eight Continuing Education (CE) credits over the course of the weekend.
The Summit will feature two keynote speakers. On Friday morning, Kyle Maynard—who despite being born without arms or legs, became the first man to crawl on his own to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro—will deliver “No Excuses!,” a presentation about our abilities to overcome any of life’s obstacles. Saturday morning, Bernie Stoltz of Fortune Practice Management Services, will give attendees a crash course on “Breakthrough Orthodontic Marketing.” On Friday evening, Summit attendees can relax at a reception with food and a live band.
The Summit will also host many different orthodontic technology exhibitors, giving attendees the opportunity to break from educational sessions and explore the latest practice management solutions.
