Midmark, Dayton, Ohio, has launched a dental sterilizer promotion in support of the 2014 Midmark Dental Family Program, Great Alone Better Together. During the promotion, customers can receive incentives with the purchase of eligible Midmark sterilizers and Soniclean® Ultrasonic Cleaners through the end of 2014.
The Midmark family of instrument processing equipment—including the Midmark M11 UltraClave® and the Midmark M3 UltraFast®—is designed to work together as a safe, reliable and simple to use solution for cleaning and sterilization needs.
The sterilizer promotion includes rebates ranging from $300 to $1,300 with an additional rebate offered for the donation of an old sterilizer to Direct Relief.
The promotion order period runs from October 1 to December 31, 2014. The last date to take shipment of products is January 15, 2015. The invoice must be dated by January 15, 2015. The last date to claim incentives is January 31, 2015.
Sterilizers donated to Direct Relief must be received by February 28, 2015.
