For the second year in a row, the Pride Institute has chosen the TRIOS® intraoral scanner and digital impression solution from 3Shape, Copenhagen, Denmark, for its Best of Class honor.
TRIOS is designed for orthodontists, dentists, and their clinics and practices.
Since 3Shape introduced the intraoral scanner in 2011, it has collaborated closely with orthodontists and dentists and incorporated their feedback into product development, resulting in important technology updates including shade measurement, HD images and color scanning, and improved scanning speeds of more than 40% over the past year, according to the company.
